Loan Portfolio Manager / Asset Manager – City of London Our client is an established, and award-winning lender that specialises in providing Bridging and Development Finance to their clients. As a Loan Portfolio Manager / Asset Manager, you will play a key role in the management of the company portfolio. You will act as the main point of contact for developer clients; responsible for overseeing the drawdown of funds at various points during the lifecycle of each project under your management. This role requires someone who is proactive and solution-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
