A lovely country pub with a lively bar, popular restaurant, and beautiful garden for the warmer months. Currently, they are looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading their brigade of dedicated and experienced professionals.

The Sous Chef will have plenty of autonomy over the menus, cooking with fresh, daily ingredients sourced from artisan suppliers in the local area. The menus change daily so you can make the most of the seasonal Kent produce. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, so plenty of opportunity to get creative with the menus.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated Sous Chef who has already worked in a similar role within the industry. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail to deliver outstanding quality food.
