A lovely country pub with a lively bar, popular restaurant, and beautiful garden for the warmer months. Currently, they are looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading their brigade of dedicated and experienced professionals.

The Sous Chef will have plenty of autonomy over the menus, cooking with fresh, daily ingredients sourced from artisan suppliers in the local area.
