- Fixed night hours: 10:45pm - 7:15am (Working in a team of 3)

Seeking an experienced Night Receptionist to join the front office team at an exclusive luxury residence in the heart of Mayfair. Working alongside two other night colleagues, you will ensure our residents receive impeccable service, security, and care throughout the night. The ideal Night Receptionist will have experience working nights and be confident in reception skills, security awareness, communication skills, and problem-solving.
As a Night Receptionist, you will be the key point of contact for residents and guests during the night. You will deliver a warm, professional welcome, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage queries or requests, and ensure the smooth running of the front desk overnight.
About you:
- Previous front office or night reception experience (essential)
- Fluent in spoken and written English (essential); additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills and confidence using front office systems
- A positive, can-do attitude and well-presented, professional appearance
- Physically able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during your shift
- Full eligibility to live and work in the UK (documentation will be required)
