ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for the night supervision, preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times to the standards required by the hotel. To ensure that strict hygiene controls are kept in all Kitchen areas when under supervision. To ensure the smooth running of the food operation including the maintenance and cleaning of the fabric of the kitchen.

- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to give precise instruction in the absence of the Head chef
- Demonstrate excellent skills in one or more areas – kitchen management, cost control, kitchen leadership, food safety controls or excellent cooking skills across all sections of the kitchen
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Flexibility to work varied hours
