Auditor FTC (Belfast)

Role: Temporary/Fixed-Term Auditor

Clearance Level: Standard

Pay Band: £22.29 per hour.

Contract Duration: 2-6 months (Start: April-June 2025)

Hours: 37 hours per week (Flexi-time core hours: 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm)

Chartered Accountants Ireland

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland;

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales;

The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants;

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants;

The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy;

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.

At least 1 year of recent experience in external audit of financial statements

Access to transport for client site visits

Right to Work in the UK

Key Responsibilities

Deliver audits to NIAO\’s quality standards
Prepare and support audit methodology
Assist and conduct fieldwork to ensure timely delivery
Summarise and analyse audit evidence
Draft documentation and clearly report findings
Make sound conclusions and constructive recommendations
Maintain and develop client relationships
Manage time and workflow based on audit plans
