About the role The Funds and Indirect Real Estate team is band 1 ranked and the Indirect Real Estate practice covers high-value corporatised real estate transactions including M&A and JVs in relation to both corporate wrapped real estate and associated operational platforms as well as asset / investment management transactions and establishment of private REITs.
