As Year group lead – Sixth form, you will play a crucial role in the well-being and academic success of all Sixth Form students. You will report to the Assistant Principal and manage a team of tutors. Your responsibilities include creating a positive and purposeful environment, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring high attendance rates. You will work collaboratively with students, staff, families, and external agencies to provide comprehensive pastoral care. The ability to teach either English, Maths, Science, Business and would be desirable. Ready for y our talents to be nurtured? Bexleyheath Academy is quickly approaching capacity with students; in order to accommodate the demands of the local community and grow our skilled staff, we must expand.
