About Us: We are a trusted partner of automotive logistics services, specializing in the transportation of vehicles for dealerships, auctions, leasing companies, and manufacturers across the UK. We are looking for reliable and professional Trade Plate Drivers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and delivering vehicles from various locations across the UK using trade plates.
- Ensuring that all vehicle collections and deliveries are performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Completing vehicle handovers and inspections, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate records of all journeys, mileage, and vehicle conditions.
- Representing the company in a professional manner at all times when interacting with clients and customers.
- Navigating using GPS systems or provided route maps, ensuring safe and efficient routes.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license with no more than 3 points (Category B required).
- Experience driving a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic, from different manufacturers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to complete necessary paperwork, including vehicle condition reports.
- Good knowledge of UK roads and the ability to navigate to various locations.
- Physically fit, as the role involves some walking and moving between locations.
- Flexible with working hours, as early starts, late finishes, and overnight stays may be required.
