The Role
As a Small Works Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Working closely with the Compliance Director, you’ll manage a variety of tasks involving customer communication, material delivery, and labour coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process over 1200 new jobs per year within their specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Raise manufacture orders for materials and organise their timely dispatch
- Coordinate labour and raise purchase orders where necessary
- Liaise with production and contractors to track progress and ensure completion of jobs
- Provide continuous updates to clients on the status of ongoing works
- Maintain accurate filing and up-to-date documentation
- Manage new enquiries, raising quotations, and issuing them where required
- Prepare and issue worksheets, Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and quotation letters
