What you\’ll be doing: * Proactively sourcing aviation professionals for primarily temporary roles using job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks, and our internal database * Supporting our Recruitment Consultants in placing candidates with top aviation companies * Screening and qualifying candidates and conducting initial phone interviews * Collecting, checking and verifying documents * Experience verification – contacting previous employers for confirmation and references * Keeping candidate records up to date on our CRM system * Arranging international travel for contractors * Assist in identifying new business leads for the team What we’re looking for: * Highly organised with great attention to detail * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment * A confident, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales is desirable but not essential What you’ll get in return: * Full training and ongoing support * Career progression opportunities within the aviation recruitment sector * Friendly, supportive team based in our Brighton office * Regular team socials, incentives, and performance bonuses
