They\’re now looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to help power their growth by generating new business opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales leads.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing, qualifying, and engaging new leads across tech and business transformation sectors
- Pitching the company’s full suite of services, from talent solutions to strategic consulting
- Booking high-quality meetings with key decision-makers for senior sales staff
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Keeping CRM systems updated and tracking progress against monthly KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role (ideally in consulting, recruitment, or tech)
- A self-starter mindset and serious hunger to hit (and beat) targets
- Confident communication skills – written, verbal, and over the phone/video
- Strong organisational skills and resilience to keep chasing warm and cold leads
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools is a bonus
