Location: Central London

Remuneration: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries.
  • Keep all areas of the office, including the stock room, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Prepare for meetings and provide refreshments as required.
  • Manage all office supplies, including food and stationery.
  • Coordinate with service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee Slack/Kisi and Gett accounts.
  • Support the Finance Director with IT management.
  • Manage gifts for staff and clients.
  • Provide ad hoc support for Columns/Directors.
  • Manage budgets for office supplies, calendar events, and Tuesday breakfast.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and monthly agency meetings.

  • Maintain employee records on Bright HR.
  • Manage staff additions and removals from the healthcare scheme.
  • Support annual reviews and check-ins with the MD.
  • Contribute to peer group sessions and community initiatives.
  • Keep the FD updated on all activities and pre-empt any issues.
  • Read and understand your personal development plan (PDP).
