We have an exciting opportunity to join a multi-award-winning company based within Liverpool City Centre. Our client was initially set up in 1991 and has seen growing success year on year.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Updating the application system and relevant finance house systems with all payout information and advising dealers and development managers
- Responsible for the receipt of all finance documentation
- Identifying any incorrect or possible fraudulent proofs and qualifying with the funder
- Processing payment
- Working closely with the account team to ensure any deposit cheques or shortfall payments are received
- Providing support to other administration functions when required
- Obtaining all information
- Liaising with purchasing where necessary to ensure items are funded correctly and be released to the customer
- Take responsibility for checking of deals with missing or incorrect information
- Providing support and resource to reception as required
- Adhering to the company code of conduct
The successful candidate will need to have:
- Experience of working within a pressure environment
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Knowledge of accountancy systems (desirable)
- Ability to build strong working relationships
