They are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join the Energy Group in London. The Associate will play a key role in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising (debt and equity), and strategic advisory services for clients across the energy sector, including oil & gas and energy transition.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial modeling
- Valuation analysis
