Role: Asset Maintenance Field Service Engineer
Contract: Permanent
Location: Great Yarmouth
As an Briggs Asset Maintenance Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Adhering to safety guidelines and policies set by customers and Briggs Equipment
- Servicing and maintaining Diesel, Petrol, and Electrically powered Small Plant, Agricultural, and Ground Care Equipment
- Attending Breakdowns, Fault Finding, and completing planned Preventative Maintenance
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and addressing queries
- Completing job activities electronically and ordering necessary parts
- Maintaining the company vehicle and ensuring it has the correct parts stock
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships through high standards of service
As an Asset Maintenance Field Service Engineer, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant technical qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles
- The ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload

- A base salary from £36,934 per annum based on a 40-hour week
- Overtime paid at x1.5 Monday – Saturday and x2 on Sunday
- Vehicle available for private use (tax to be paid)
