Options Resourcing are working with a regional commercial contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a large new build residential housing project in the Trowbridge area. The successful Site Manager will have worked within the same sector for a minimum of 5 to 7 years and be able to demonstrate their capability.
This is a crucial role to ensure that all project milestones are hit, whilst also maintaining the quality standards. As the Site Manager, you will be expected to complete daily progress reports and be proactive in identifying potential issues, demonstrating the initiative and knowledge to resolve those issues.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
