We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Manager to support the Counter Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Our stores are designed as an entertainment park for the nose, where customers can explore raw ingredients to evoke emotions. As Assistant Manager, you will help bring this experience to life through creating in-store events and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
- A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team.
- Experience in creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days and hours; discuss your availability with the hiring manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
