Purpose of the role:

We seek a Regulatory Compliance Product Owner to lead the implementation of regulatory requirements creatively. Working with the Head of Regulatory Compliance Products, you will own compliance product initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize growth in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the strategic roadmap for the Regulatory Compliance product, ensuring alignment with business goals, partner needs, and market trends.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into user-friendly products and operational specifications.
• Lead usability improvements and streamline processes to enhance operator experience.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to develop scalable processes that facilitate regulatory product integration, ensuring ease of use and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Work with internal teams to align requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement impactful solutions.
• Manage end-to-end feature development and integration in partnership with the feature team and ADM.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
• Utilize data insights to inform decisions and measure success.
• Coordinate with the Product Design team to ensure seamless user experience and interface design.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions (e.g., UK, Gibraltar, Ontario) to ensure compliance with relevant standards and industry guidelines.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of licensing regulations is advantageous.
• Understanding of KYC, risk processes, and tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.
