Do you have MEP planning experience on large, complex construction projects? Are you ready to be the strategic force behind critical UK infrastructure? Then our in-house MEP Engineering business, Crown House Technologies, is the company for you! We're looking for a Principal MEP Planner to support both pre-construction and live delivery stages across our major projects based at our Northern head office in Manchester. Role Responsibilities
- Programming, planning, monitoring, reporting, feedback, and mitigation measures for the services elements of the projects.
- Lead MEP planning activities across PCSA and delivery phases.
- Provide leadership for planning and coordination processes, and implement the Project Business Plan requirements.
- Ensure all programmes comply with project requirements and develop logical sequences of events, adopting the most economical construction strategies.
- Analyze performance, advise the project team on impacts, and recommend improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Specialists with good digital skills in modelling, 4D planning, Asta, or P6—preferably both to a high standard.
- Experience in pre-construction work winning, producing Bid Programmes, and associated time-related information for tenders.
- Major project experience is ideal; however, candidates with experience on smaller projects and robust project controls are encouraged to apply.
- A good understanding of MEP techniques and an MEP-related qualification such as HNC or Degree.
- Experience in project planning, strategic planning, and project/programme management systems.
- Ability to analyze, collate, and utilize data for reporting and forecasting.
