Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field (, Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality Management) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a people manager or similar role, preferably in a laboratory environment.
- Solid understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (, ISO 9001, GMP, GLP, FDA regulations).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Analytical approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present quality-related information.
- Thorough and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
- Certifications in continuous improvement (, PPI, Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
