We have a great opportunity to join the team as an Front of House Officer in Newbury. The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour. This is a full-time role. You will be working a 50 hour week. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00. Your Time at Work As a Front of House Officer, your duties will include: – Represent the client and provide excellent customer service when meeting and greeting staff and visitors. – Review and manage all visitors and guests who attend the site and ensure their experience is always positive. – Efficiently manage e-mail requests throughout the day – Manage and maintain the local access card process for all staff members visiting and based on site. – Ability to deal with situations and incidents in a calm, confident, and professional manner. – Confidently assess and escalate incidents and emergencies as appropriate. – Excellent report writing skills with a focus on attention to detail. – Various admin tasks at the direction of the site supervisor – Any additional tasks requested by operational management including patrols and ad-hoc tasks.
