Key Responsibilities:- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and tender documents
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and subcontractors
- Source and negotiate supplier and contractor pricing
- Prepare and submit tenders and formal quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from tender to execution
- Monitor project costs and assist with final account preparations
- Prior experience as an estimator in the flooring, construction, or related sectors
