To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Prior experience in personal injury work is essential, ideally with exposure to fast- and multi-track cases
- Strong drafting skills and confident legal knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and able to manage your time well
- A collaborative mindset, but also happy working independently
- Confident using Microsoft Office and legal software

Within this position, you’ll also be running your own caseload with supervision, across a mix of PI claims including RTA (Small, Fast, Intermediate & Multi-Track), Employer’s Liability, and Public Liability. Drafting legal documents including pleadings and witness statements. Preparing cases for litigation.
