Are you an individual who thrives in a fast-paced customer focussed environment? If so, then The Guinness Partnership are seeking a Facilities & Workspace Co-ordinator to join our London based team on a fixed term basis for 6 months.

As a Workspace Co-ordinator, you will report to the Regional Workspace Manager and will be responsible for delivering high-quality front-of-house services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and building users.

Building strong working relationships with internal and external customers and communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing are essential to ensure the timely and effective supply of Workspace Management services.

Your responsibilities will also include a variety of tasks such as reception duties, testing fire alarms, and other building services to ensure compliance with standards and measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service provider: Support the delivery of Workspace services to ensure that the business uses its office estate efficiently, consistently and cost effectively ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Access control: Control access to the building, providing effective visitor management including short term passes and the management of car park spaces.
  • Stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Communication: Communicate with staff (both verbally and in writing) to ensure the timely and effective supply of Workspace Management services including deliveries and office supplies.
  • Workspace management: Ensure that meeting rooms and communal areas are prepared for use, clean, supplied with all sundries and furniture is fit for purpose.
  • Health & Safety compliance: Support the periodic testing of water, fire alarms and other services as required, ensuring a high level of compliance in line with statutory and health and safety obligations.

Role Criteria:

Essential:

  • Qualified to a GCSE Level 5 or equivalent in English & Maths.
  • Experience working front-of-house on reception.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment, responding to and resolving queries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
  • Confidence and a personable manner.
