Monday to Friday (08.00 – 16:00)
This is a temporary to permanent vacancy. Vision for Education urgently require a receptionist ideally with SIMS experience to work in a busy SEND secondary school on a long-term, temp to perm basis in a School based in Sheffield, 5 days per week.
To be considered for the position of Receptionist & Administration Assistant you must:
- Have experience working within a school office
- Ideally have experience of the SIMS Database
- Have excellent communication skills and be organised
- Be prepared to work in a very busy environment and within a special needs school
- An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or the willingness to apply for one
- The ability to work on initiative and proactively
