CRP Group is recruiting a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warranty and Service Operations Manager to oversee warranty claims processing, chargeable repairs, customer relations, and data analysis within our automotive service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maximizing after-sales revenue, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Warranty Claim Processing Review, approve, or deny warranty claims in accordance with company policies and product specifications.
