We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join an established fire protection firm in Peterborough.
The Contracts Manager - Fire Stopping will be responsible for the day-to-day management of current and future fire stopping contracts. You will manage administration in an organised and efficient way including the completion of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and storage of safety documentation.
You will stay up to date with current health and safety legislation and requirements, escalating changes where needed and incorporating such changes into your ways of working.
You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to articulate yourself both verbally and in writing to ensure that key information is provided and conveyed as required.
Installation and inspection of Fire Stopping to ensure a good finish and compliance with safety standards and Material Manufacturers details.
Planning workloads for labour and material deliveries, to ensure sufficient quantities are on site at all times.
You will be required to meet with clients and survey works in multiple locations across the Midlands and London, therefore a driving license and own vehicle is essential.
You will actively engage in keeping your CPD (Continuous Personal Development) log up to date.
