We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Band 5 Community Nurse to in Bristol . This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes or community settings, supporting them to maintain independence and achieve their healthcare goals. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing a range of nursing interventions and supporting the holistic needs of patients with acute, chronic, or complex health conditions.
