As we continue our digital transformation journey, we are looking to recruit a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to assist with the implementation of the system across our UK base to enhance efficiency, streamline processes and drive business growth. Working with other key stakeholders in the UK and Europe, you would support the implementation and optimisation of MS Dynamics 365 F&O across our manufacturing plants beginning with Gainsborough and Burnley. Ideally located close or between the 2 sites, this role is crucial to ensure the smooth integration of D365 across the business functions providing technical expertise, troubleshooting and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP systems.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilisation of D365.
- Work closely with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
- Travel to Gainsborough and Burnley to provide on-site support and training as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in process automation and system enhancements to improve business operations.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM in an implementation or support role.
- Strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Technical expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently in the UK. There may be some travel in Europe.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system enhancements.
- Experience with data migration, Power Platform, or Azure is a plus.
