We are currently recruiting for a Locum Catering Supervisor for our client in Oxfordshire.
- Must be skilled in supervising/managing a team in a busy school kitchen.
- Confident in preparing 300+ meals per day with excellent customer service skills.
- Must have proven knowledge of all legislation and hygiene procedures.
- Must hold Food Hygiene level 2 and 3.
- Working hours: 8am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday (6.5 hours per day - 32.5 per week).
- Must hold a Child enhanced DBS.
- The client is looking for someone with an immediate start until the end of June.
