I'm working with a Growth Marketing Agency based in Manchester who have 3 owned brands - this is a hugely exciting opportunity for someone to work directly with the Co-Founders on executing the strategy and helping these brands grow. Whilst this is a remote working role, you must either be based in or around Manchester or willing to commute to Manchester regularly for shoots, content etc.
Are you a creative brand marketer with a passion for beauty? We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to support three fast-growing, founder-led beauty brands, all with their own unique vibe and followings.
Your Role:- Own and update all three websites, working closely with their agency design/development team (Shopify)
- Manage the social channels for each brand; plan the grid, schedule posts, jump in on comments, and keep "on brand".
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, launches, and photoshoots that turn heads.
- Coordinate with the agency team on outreach, PR, and influencer content.
- Collaborate with the New Product Development team to bring launches to life.
- Work with retailers to align marketing calendars and make the most of every trading opportunity.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and creatively.
- A creative, hands-on marketer with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience running social channels, building campaigns, and making things happen.
