Customer Sales & Service Representative – Manchester – start date 6th January 2025 We are recruiting for experienced Customer Service professionals to work for a well-known, established insurance company! We are a fast-growing, digitally driven, agile broker with a vision to both simplify and improve insurance for customers across the UK and Ireland. Markerstudy Distribution is home to many brands such as Swinton Insurance, Autonet and Carole Nash. The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service by providing a personal and professional experience over the telephone, resolving customer inquiries. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for customer service and have effective communication skills. This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Please note this is a hybrid position with a split between working from the office and at home, however for the initial training period you are required to be in the office full time. Full in-depth training is provided for this position. We believe our success doesn’t come from products alone – it’s down to our people and the service they deliver to our customers.
