Due to a number of significant contract awards, our client, a well-regarded civil engineering contractor based in Glasgow with a low staff turnover, has a current requirement for Pre Construction Manager. This pivotal role involves managing the preconstruction phase of various high-profile projects, ensuring meticulous planning, programming, and coordination to achieve successful project outcomes.
Your duties as Pre Construction Manager will include:
- Leading the preconstruction phase for a variety of civil engineering projects
- Developing, managing, and monitoring project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved
