Are you fed up of watching your directors buy yet another holiday home? Or watching them pull up to the office every day in a brand new Range Rover - knowing full well your consistent performance and billings has paid for it? There is another way...

We work with a group that offers comprehensive support for individuals aiming to establish and grow their own recruitment businesses. They essentially take the pain away from all the back end administration. You know, the bits that you would usually have to employ someone to do? Their services include centralised administration, finance, and legal assistance, alongside training and mentoring to facilitate business growth and your earnings.

You will benefit from access to accountancy services, IT setup and support, recruitment CRM databases, branding and marketing expertise, as well as guidance in developing robust business plans. On top of this, they provide connections to a trusted network of suppliers, investors, and industry contacts, as well as continuous training and development opportunities. This holistic approach ensures that entrepreneurs have the necessary tools and support to successfully launch and expand their recruitment enterprises.

To reduce the risk, they also pay a salary of up to £35k (usually £30k for transparency). It’s definitely not right for everyone. But if you’re someone who wants to take home 50% of your earnings, as opposed to the industry average 33% - this could be a great opportunity.

You will need to be a 360 Recruiter, with 3+ years experience and billing £150k+ consistently. You can work in any sector, and be located anywhere in the UK. To learn more, give me a shout and I will talk you through the ins and outs!
