The Role

As a Director, you will be a key player in origination and execution, working closely with Managing Directors and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading M&A deal execution, including financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiations
• Managing junior teams, ensuring high-quality analysis and client materials
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with mid-market industrials businesses, PE firms, and institutional investors
• Supporting business development efforts, including market analysis, pitch preparation, and deal sourcing

Investment banking experience, ideally in M&A within the industrials sector.

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills.
