As the Admin Assistant Garment Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the Moss Vision; “You will work in close collaboration with the Tech and Buying department, as well as suppliers to navigate products through all development stages, from conceptual samples to full-scale production. To assist the technical team in their day to day roles by supporting them with ad hoc jobs Opening of all DHL and courier deliveries and confirming receipt via email to respective suppliers and factories Support the tech team on creating detailed CAD’s Collaborate with the Tech department and suppliers for product development through all stages, from sample development to final production. Help with filing of test reports within its appropriate season under its specific style Help with updating the customer complaint log with the information and outcome decided by the tech team Help tech team chase the buying team on any outstanding information needed to avoid causing delays Good knowledge of fabrication and yarn Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, and Excel Commercial awareness with a focus on solving potential problems quickly Employee Discount: 70% discount across all our stores.
