We have a great Business Assistant/Office Administrator role within the London branch of a global Commercial Real Estate firm in Mayfair. This is an all-encompassing challenge for the right candidate! You must have at least 8 years experience as an EA/Business Assistant and working within Real Estate or Private Equity is essential. It's a fast-paced, exciting environment, and everyone at the company works together; they work hard and no two days will ever feel the same. The role is varied and they want someone flexible, has acute attention to detail, and loves what they do. You will need to take ownership of your tasks and provide the very best support to your team.
The role:
- EA/ PA duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, manage travel arrangements, and support ad-hoc tasks.
- Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure a well organised and efficient work environment.
- Handle basic IT support tasks and work with the appointed IT vendor to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures for smooth operations.
- Assist in on-boarding new employees and manage office access and security.
Business Assistance Duties:
- Work with the Senior Leadership team on project coordination and business plans execution, and support them by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Support on preparation and review of documents and presentations.
- Participate in project meetings alongside the Senior Leadership team, observe and minute meetings as required.
- Liaise with business partners and stakeholders.
- In coordination with the Senior Leadership team, support on local admin and basic accounting functions (no accounting qualifications required).
Package:
Base salary c. £60,000-£70,000 (depending on experience and salary history).
