As a Quality Systems Coordinator, you are committed to ensuring that the Bakery's team are compliant with BRC standards of food safety and are audit ready at all times. Working with the wider team to ensure all products are manufactured to industry standards is important, as without these standards being met, we aren't able to fulfil customers' orders.
