Engineering Division - Senior / Principal Recruiter
This is an opportunity to recruit the 1% of Technology & Engineering for the world's leading DeepTechs. Join an incredible agency who have one of the most impressive global client bases in the DeepTech, AI & Hedge Fund landscape.
You’ll be stepping into a role where they are exclusively retained by the creme de la creme of the DeepTech world! Although this will be a 360 position, their actual struggle is not having enough staff to take on the amount of jobs they have, and are looking for top recruiters to plug directly into the world’s most impressive DeepTech businesses to place the TOP 1% across ultra modern technology stacks, including Golang, Python, Typescript, React, Node.js, Rust etc.
Logistics of the role:
- Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (could be flex depending on individual).
- Strong base (happy to discuss DOE).
- No threshold or desk fee.
- Comms begin at 25% flat and tiers up to 55% - the earning potential here is insane when their average fee is £40K-60K, with their highest on record being £300K!
