We’re partnering with a mission-led, consumer tech company that’s scaling fast, looking for a Digital Growth Manager to take the lead on paid performance, affiliate marketing, CRO and ASO – all with the aim of increasing app installs, subscriptions, and lifetime value.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in hands-on environments, knows how to build and optimise a paid media engine, and can confidently collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive real results.

You’ll report to the Growth Lead and work closely with the content, creative, and product teams. The broader team includes specialists across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own strategy and day-to-day optimisation across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage the paid media agency relationship, ensuring alignment to growth goals and maximising ROI from a £M annual budget.
  • Brief and test ad creative in collaboration with internal creative and content teams – from messaging to formats to platform-specific nuances.
  • Track and optimise campaign performance using CPA, ROAS, CVR, and LTV as north stars.
  • Lead a structured test-and-learn approach to improve efficiency, scalability, and user quality.
  • Own the affiliate strategy and grow the channel through smarter partnerships, incentivisation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with partners on creative assets and messaging, optimising based on performance data.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to run A/B tests on web and app landing pages.
  • Optimise app store listings in line with product releases and seasonality to improve conversion.
  • Contribute to broader SEO and content strategies where needed, backed by traffic and keyword opportunity insights.

What experience do I need?

  • Has 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles – ideally with a focus on consumer apps or subscription-based products.
  • Has managed large paid budgets and agency relationships, with a track record of measurable results.
  • Brings deep knowledge of platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Can confidently brief and iterate on performance creative for different platforms.
  • Has experience with affiliate programmes and knows how to scale them strategically.
  • Understands ASO, CRO, and SEO and can collaborate with the right teams to deliver improvements.
  • Is highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.
