Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the GM with team planning and business needs

- Adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety Standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and equipment safety
- Proactive issue resolution and shop monitoring
- Driving shop profitability through forecasting, staffing, ordering, and production
