Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a supermarket in Croydon, are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join their team and play a crucial role in their Customer Service operations.
Position: Retail Supervisor
Location: Croydon
Salary: £18.92 p/h (Umbrella)
Hours: 40 hours a week / Monday - Sunday / 7am - 7pm (Days/Hours are Negotiable)
Contract: 3 months with an opportunity to go permanent!
Start Date: ASAP!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all order picking of delivered goods (excluding grocery boxes).
- Picking the customer order desk orders.
- Carry out recruitment assessments and interviews.
- Inducting all new employees.
- Ensuring all HACCP / food safety policies and procedures are adhered to (Focus on temperature controls and chill chain).
- To ensure that all system processes (SAP and Accellos) and procedures are carried out correctly and accurately.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Retail Supervisor role or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a supermarket or a similar organisation within the retail sector.
- Team player with a positive attitude towards collaborative working.
- Must be physically fit as there will be manual labour and lifting involved.
- Comfortable using IT systems including Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
