We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & EXTROVERTED full-time Conference & Banqueting Team Member who wants to join a team at a VIBRANT central London Hotel! As a Conference & Banqueting Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our events. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and courteous welcome to all guests, ensuring they are greeted and seated promptly upon arrival.
- Deliver high-quality service during meetings, lunches, and coffee breaks, maintaining a consistent standard of excellence throughout all events.
- Engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing their needs and queries efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with room setups and audio-visual equipment, ensuring all technical aspects of events are properly managed.
- Promote and upsell Food & Beverage items to guests, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings.
- Contribute to creating a positive guest experience by anticipating needs and providing attentive service throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and cleanliness in all event areas.
