About the Role:
As Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring immaculate presentation and guest satisfaction at all times. You will lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every room and public area reflects the luxury and attention to detail our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the hotel

Recruit, train, and develop a motivated housekeeping team

Manage stock control and housekeeping budgets

Liaise with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
-
Personally ensure VIP rooms and special requests are impeccably prepared
About You:

Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper (or Deputy) in a luxury 5-star hotel

LQA or Forbes standards exposure in previous or current role essential

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for excellence

Strong leadership, training, and people management skills

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

A warm, professional manner with a focus on outstanding guest service

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
