Credit Risk Analyst

We are looking for a bright, proactive and driven individual to support the Credit Team in a diverse role that combines fundamental credit analysis and operational support. Working closely with senior Partners, this role is integral to the underwriting process for the entire group.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute in-depth financial analysis on companies seeking credit and make decisions in line with best practice.
• Manage multiple credit requests in a timely and effective fashion across the Group.
• Working with our Head of Credit Risk and Senior Partners to untangle complex credit issues and monitor our portfolio of clients.
• Liaising with influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure that risk is managed in line with our policies.

Skills and Experience Required

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar credit/equity or fixed income analysis role.
• Experience reading and analysing company financial statements and reports to make decisions on credit.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• A willingness to create and review processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ideal candidate will have proficiency in another language, with German strongly preferred.
