You will be joining the groups department specialising in travel across the UK and Europe. To apply for the role you must have experience of booking inbound tours to the United Kingdom. You will follow every step of your group from quotation until they return home. You will produce competitive quotes for your clients whilst building relationships for repeat business. You must meet clientsβ requirements and ensure that the best possible holiday itinerary is planned and that opportunities for increasing sales revenue are maximised by suggesting additional services. Our client needs you to build relationships with all suppliers and ensure that you have excellent knowledge of any services that are offered. You will need attention to detail and have a personal touch; you will be joining an experienced, creative, and multi-lingual team.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with any cancellations or amendments including schedule changes
- Offering excellent customer service with every client transaction
- Utilising account management skills in order to retain and grow business
- Booking flights and hotels for groups of 10 passengers or more
- Offering advice regarding destinations, best/most cost effective carriers etc.
- To make sure that all offers are sent out in our standard format and are all entered into tour plan and that any amendments are all tracked in tour plan as well
