I am currently recruiting for an ambitious, newly opened, multi rosetted fine dining gastropub with 15 rooms looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to assist their Michelin star experienced Head Chef for their quality all fresh food.
The successful Sous Chef will have good experience at 1-2 AA rosette level for 2 years+ cooking with fresh produce in quality gastropubs, hotels or restaurants within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants MUST have access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
