The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales growth of a product. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimise the company’s digital presence (website, PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media) with an in-house team
- Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, videos, and product marketing materials
- Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives
- Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
About You:
- Proven experience in a marketing role in a product-led business
- Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, PPC, social media, CRM, content marketing)
- Experience with WordPress websites and 3rd party marketplaces like eBay and Amazon
- Experience marketing to multiple audiences including SMEs, dealers, and distributors
- Creative and results-driven with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with eCommerce or international marketing is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
