We are currently working with several primary and secondary schools in Dartford that are seeking reliable, proactive, and professional administrators to join their busy front-office teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and front desk enquiries
- Supporting attendance, admissions, and pupil records using school MIS (SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom)
- Assisting with correspondence, letters, and communication with parents
- Supporting the wider office team with general admin duties
- Ensuring safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience (school experience highly desirable)
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor preferred)

- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through us)
