IT SOLUTION CONSULTANT ROLE:

The IT Solution Consultant will take primary responsibility for key areas of MSP Technologies such as IT, networking, telephony, and connectivity while contributing to the development of wider technology products. You will deliver regular systems training and advise on emerging technologies, lead discussions, projects, and technical work for assigned clients. You will also collaborate with the broader business on new initiatives and manage the delivery of medium to large projects, and plan, design, implement, and test technical solutions.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in IT Projects, IT Support & Solution Delivery
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced knowledge of networks, systems and IT delivery
  • 2nd and 3rd Line Experience
  • Windows Server, Microsoft365
